Freshwater tank leak

Very slow leak from freshwater tank. 2015 28ft FlyingCloud. Water is coming out a small (1/4in) hole on the bottom corner. There are four of these, one in each corner (obviously design feature and not damage). I’m assuming the plastic tank has an inner bladder of some sort that has developed a breach. My question is can I just plug these holes to stop/slow the leak? Anyone else experience this? Thanks for any advice.

No, do not plug them. They are there incase your tank has a leak. My tank began leaking from the fill line spin weld. I was able to look down from above in an access panel and see it. Sorry to say mine could not be patched so I had to replace my tank. Your leak could simply be the fresh water drain line has come loose. There are many threads on here about it.

Hi

There is no "bladder" inside the tank. It's just a plastic enclosure. It's a very simple structure.

So I’m a bit confused. If there is no bladder then what keeps the water from just draining out the four holes?

Under the cover with the four holes is a plastic freshwater tank.

So a tank within a tank/cover? When I probe through the weep hole I can feel something that feels very pliable like a rubber membrane. If I were to remove the three straps supporting the “cover” you are saying I should find the actual freshwater tank?

The piece that feels like rubber may be drain tube if you are probing near the drain. You also could be feeling the insulation that surrounds the tank. If you remove the three straps and the other bolts on the cover, your fresh water tank will literally fall to the ground. If it has water still, it can be quite heavy. When I changed mine out, I had a floor jack underneath it to lower it safely.

Interesting. Definitely could be insulation, hadn’t thought of that.
