Fresh Water Tank

I own a 1978 23' Safari rear bath, 2 bed, 2 axel Airstream. I am unable to locate the drain valve to empty my fresh water tank, can anyone help me locate it?

Larry, not 100% certain, but most 1978 models have the fresh water tank located beneath the floor and between the axles. If you take a look and confirm its there, there will be an inspection/access plate on the bottom of the water tank belly pan between the street side tires

Fresh Water Tank Drain

I have checked the road side between the axels and under the fresh water fill inlet, there is no floor plate or drain plug nor is there any drain valve, does anyone have another suggestion?
