Fresh Water Level Inaccurate.

2018 Classic 30' - After sanitizing and draining my fresh water holding tank, the level shows accurate until it reaches 35% then stays there even while the tank drains out empty. Is there a reset or fix for this.

Our gauges still work in our '03 Classic.
But it did take awhile to learn/guesstimate when exactly we would run out of FW...it could show red for up to four days. 🙄
We finally learned to depend on the water pump, when it wouldn't shut off we knew we needed to fill-up.😂
The black & grey gauges we managed to keep working with a thorough fill & flush after each trip.
I've found it best to not dump the black without driving 100mi or so to really mix the crap up. SFSG.

The GEO METHOD helps also.

You are in warranty, take it in! It is not easy to re-calibrate the new system.

Does it still do it after a ride around the block? Sometimes these gizmos hang up and need a bit of a shake to come loose.

Thanks for the feedback. I have not moved the Airstream yet but did wonder if that would maybe free up the level indicator. As suggested I have reached out to Airstream customer support to see what they have to offer.
