Experience with Camco EvoFlex2 50-ft Drinking Water Hose
Just tried this out at a campground that had very good water pressure. It had a small leak where the hose begins at the female end (not the washer). When I return it should I just get a replacement and assume that this is a one off situation? Or, is this a product that I shouldn't buy again?

While this may not help, I use the Camco TastePURE variety, and have not had any failures. Some of mine are four years old. I also have the coil-type RV water hose offered by Air Gear, which has held up.

Unless you’re close to the store where you bought it and can get a warranty replacement, I would buy a new end and a stainless steel hose clamp.

I've used the FileZilla hoses for a while now and find that they are much more flexible and user-friendly. They are drinking water safe/approved. These are the bright neon green hoses.

The flexibility of these hoses is a game changer.
Here's the same information from their website itself:

Zero-G
I’ve been using the Zero-G RV and marine hose for several years. It takes less space and works well for me.

I've been using the Zero-G hose for years. Stores easily.
I wish they made a 10' version.
BTW, the only difference between the Zero-G and the Zero-G RV & Marine is the color. All are drinking water safe.

I've tried the Zero-G and had the same leaking problem on the female end that englewoodfl describes.
Must just be "Luck of the draw"...
I've found it hard to find a drinking water that will not start to leak after a few uses.

Another vote for the Zero-G hose. I recently ordered a second 25 footer and noted that the fittings have changed from aluminum to brass (or something brass colored).

Flexzilla
I decided on Flexzilla - no leaks and it can handle the high water pressure here in Overland Park. After some testing decided to buy a 50 footer for the hose - very happy with it.
