In '73, these trailers were built without a grey water tank, and an acceptable practice at the time was to allow grey water to just run out on the ground.
So, unless a previous owner has added a grey tank and changed the dump valve, what you would see if you dropped the belly skin surrounding the dump valve would be the valve assembly coming down from the black tank with a single gate valve keeping the black water in place, and an inlet connecting the grey water system (not tank) downstream of the black valve. So in this configuration, you put water down your sink drain, and it runs right out of the bottom of the dump valve assembly, and the only thing that dumps when you actuate the dump valve is the black tank.
good luck!
