Do you sanitize hot water tank with bleach?

I have just de-winterized my unit and filled freshwater tank with bleach and ran it through all of the plumbing lines with the hot water heater bypassed.

Sort of silly question but do you also run the bleach through the hot water tank and let that sit overnight too before draining and refilling the freshwater tank for rinsing the lines out?
