Air in water lines

I have a 66 Safari that I am going to convert to PEX plumbing due to old freeze up leaks I've been fighting for over 30 years. The copper plumbing has an air eliminator trap in the back closet wall and under the bathroom sink. Both leak/drip occasionally. I have tried to find new air traps on the net. Anybody know what these are called "in the plumbing business".
