accumulator tank maintenance

Hello all,

I could not find any information about maintenance(if any) of an accumulator in my 2000 Excella 34. It has an accumulator installed on back wall under kitchen sink. I can see a valve for a pump to add/check air but cannot find any information as to if it needs to be checked or not. The Airstream part number for it is 601464 but I cannot find a cross reference to what model Shurflo it is. Closest I can find is Shurflo 181-201.

I think the pressure should be checked every so often.

Sanitize with bleach. pressurized to 30psi. done!

Thanks for that info. Don’t know if mine has ever been checked. I haven’t in the 4 years I have owned it.
