A Funny Thing Happened on My Way to Winterize

I hooked up and pulled my 2014 30' to my house to winterize. The fresh water tank was about 3/4 full. When I got to my house and crawled under to open the drain valve, there was water slowly running from the belly pan. Before I pulled it to my house, there wasn't any water leaking anywhere.
I am trying to figure out why this happened. In my neighborhood, there is a short but very steep (12+) road. Could the water exited/overflowed from my tank on that slope?
