'75 Tradewind replace tanks?

I found a crack in one of my freshwater tanks right at the gooseneck where the feed line connects. I assume I will have to replace the tank? Here's the question. Should I remove the floor from wall to wall? Can I just cut the center out? Will I loose too much structurally? I'm gonna por15 the frame that I have access to too. I'd post pics but I haven't figured out how with my iPhone. Thanks

The tank removes from the bottom, held in place by a piece of 1" plywood, cover by a piece of underbelly aluminum, all secured by a stick of steel angle across the front edge of the plywood. Easy to remove if the plywood is dry, not so if it's wet.

Thanks Greg. I haven't gotten my manual in the mail yet. I looked under the belly first. I didn't see anything obvious. I thought, "shoot!, I have to go from inside?" I hope it ends up as easy as it sounds it could be.
