1969 Land Yacht What is this?
Hey Y'all Sorry I am ignorant but what is this stuff ?
And what does it do
can they be fixed or replaced ?
#1 a pressure relief blow off valve?
#2 pressure regulator?
#3 weatherization drain valves?
#4 is there a reason this is a copper pretzel mess?

On 1, 2, and 3, full marks, you got them all
As for #4: you call it a copper pretzel mess, plumbers call it "art"..
Oh, and yes, they can all be fixed or replaced, as needed.

It's supposed to be a plumbing vent. It looks like something out of a Three Stooges movie...

Looks like your PO was a wanna-be plumber and not a very good one at that. If I were doin it Id rip it out, keep the basic peices ,kinda just for knowing how it was plumbed and start over. Im also left with one small project in this area. My whole city water inlet system has to be replaced including the regulator. All had be frozen and bypassed by one RUUB GOLDBURG device or another. GOOD LUCK

Well I did not know if there was a reason for the #4 art work seems like a monumental waste of pipe .
I have plans to reconfigure a lot of stuff .I think every system .
even contemplating making a custom black water tank.
How important is the pressure blow off & the regulator?
Like @ least Dual Exterior marine batteries & some solar chargers on the roof and a generator inside with some fancy fabrication to let it do a air exchange for internal & external .
My Sub conscious is hard @ work.
Thanks

In the meantime, you can get a five gallon paint bucket and perch one of those portable toilet seats on top of it? Thats one temporary idea.

Yes, you don't want to be without those when (and if) you need them. Especially if you travel. You nebber know when some RV park has water pressure that would launch a Saturn rocket.
You think with hammers? Looks painful!
Here's more what I thought it looked like:
