Unhappy 1962 Sovereign water filler

I just took delivery of my 1962 30' Sovereign. I cannot, for the life of me, find an external water fill point. Was an internal fresh water tank NOT standard on that trailer? Am I blind or stupid?

City water was fed through a threaded cap to the steel fresh water tank, which was pressurized.

See you started your own thread. That's great. Bigdaddy did you read the replies in the other thread directed to you.

As Overlander said, did you check for those yet.

Granted a prior owner could have taken them off/out.

Thanks for the note. I am new to this forum stuff, I'll go back. Your answer makes sense, a simple approach.
