Zipdee spring winding

I'm new here and am restoring a 73 international 28'. I would like to know if anyone knows how many turns to wind the spring on a 16.5' zipdee awning. I'm replacing the end caps and material, along with sprucing the whole thing up. I forgot to count the number of winds to prewind the spring. Thanks, Tony

If you have "ANY" doubt, call Zip Dee at 800-338 BEST, and ask for Linda.

Zipdee had a booth at the International Rally in Du Quoin and were very helpful answering questions during the rally. I was able to purchase a set of lift handles for my main arm bars at a very good price. They have a great product and back it up with outstanding customer service.
