Zipdee in carefree frame?

We have recently acquired a 1975 Overlander. It has a carefree awning that is in rough shape. I really like the traditional zipdee blue/white stripe fabric. Will it work with carefree mechanical bits?

You can buy just the fabric. It is Sunbrella fabric and replace your existing fabric.

No it is attached differently. The most significant difference is the canopy bolt. The old blue/ white stripe fabric may no longer be available. Zipdee fabrics are made by Sunbrella. Check with them.

Any of these work: Sunbrella: Fabric showroom

To be clear a Zipdee canopy will not fit Carefree hardware. The fabric is made by Sunbrella. There may be a way to make the Sunbrella fabric work.

I completely agree, they will need to construct a new canopy using any existing hardware and new fabric.

I had a rope and pole awning made last year from Sunbrella fabric.
