Zip Dee to Airstream body needs tightened...

So on my 1991 Excella, the middle pole, where it attaches to the airstream body, is loose.

The bracket is connected to the airstream body by some large rivets.
I'm not sure what is on the other side, but the bracket is wiggling and the caulk around it is no longer sealed.

How does one tighten this?

I have noticed on my lower end poles, both brackets have one rivet and the rest are substantial stainless philips screw heads showing. They are nice and tight.

Thanks for any tips!

Any RV repair facility can make this happen. Most charge 100 - 150$ per hour. This is a 10 min fix.
