The street side zip dee awning is attached to the trailer with a flex key, it's is a canvas product about 2" wide . The ,flex key is exposed to the sun, rain, weather, and other elements. When it goes bad and it will, it has to be replaced, my problem is how to remove the old parts and install the new flex key. If anyone out there has replaced theirs would appreciate some helpful hints.

Detailed instructions come with the "flex key" replacements, as per Zip Dee.
