You say that you'd like to buy a new system..Could you say why or is it that, you're looking to "repair" the system you already have installed?
From the looks of your unit (I assume this is your unit), you have the ZipDee, right?
If that's the case, you're in luck..The folks at the factory's order phone-line are Fantastic folks~ You should have no problems ordering any replacement parts..Again, assuming this is what you're after.
The biggest thing you'll need to have ready for them is: The diameter of the tube that you have on your unit and, of course the length of the tube as well.Just tell them what's going on and..They should be able to work it out for you as to what you need.
