Rivets Ripping ZipDee Material

Has anyone experienced this? We looked up last night and the material all around the rivets on the tube were popping out and tearing the material?

Sorry to hear about your awning troubles. If your Airstream is under warranty, get an appointment at your dealer for repair(s). Also, call ZipDee. They are a great company, and may have some advice for you about what’s happening with your awning.

Nope, never heard of this one before. I'd call the Gladstone store (Airstream Adventures NW) and make a appointment to get it fixed. Not a bad idea to call Zip Dee and see if they have a easy fix?
