Putting back together,whats this part from

Pulled apart the trailer and have this part. is it from the Carefree Awning? or something else? Please post where you think I might get an answer!

You may be on target with the awning idea. I just ordered a few parts from zip dee and a tension spring is one of the parts for the center support arm. Fairly similar to what you have here. I'll try to get a pic up tonight . Different brand though..

thanks , keep on trying

thanks, have to admit it does look a bit like a wiper , but I would not have saved a left over window wiper . Unless someone is playing a joke which isn't likely.
