Power Loss to ZipDee Relax Awning Control Board

Help! Camping and tried to do the sensible thing and bring in the Zip Dee Awning due to winds. As the awning was retracting, had a complete loss of power to the Zip Dee Control board. I was actual watching the board (never trusted the awning) when the power suddenly went out. I have no power to the board, but everything else in the Airstream is working correctly. I found 2 fuses (10 amp) that supply power to the board but they are fine. Other than the reset switch located at the top of the control panel, I am at a loss.... Hoping collective minds can help. I have also tried a complete power reset of the trailer and checked all other fuses. It seems to me this has happened before, but the power suddenly came back to the board after some time. Don't think I can be that lucky again...

Thanks for any help....

The Board itself has a fuse that others report blows. I realize it is hard to access, but it is on the road under the protective splash shield. If you need details where it is located respond back. Ill go take a look at mine and report back.

Power Loss to ZipDee Relax Awning Control Board

Thanks for the response BayouBiker. I was able to use the emergency kit for the awning and get it back in snug. I spoke to Zip Dee and was told there are no fuses on the control board???? If you could snap a photo of the location, it would be much appreciated. This topic is not really covered in the forums much nor is there much information on how to use the emergency kit.

Appreciate it!
