Power Awning

When I retract the awning, it closes until there is about one foot left to go and then it stops. I have to wait a minute or so, and then press Open and then Close, and then it will close the last bit. The front/rear tilt doesn't work either. I pulled the control assembly off the cabinet, but it's an electronic board with an ethernet cable to a "motherboard" under the galley sink. Any ideas where to begin? Does ZipDee awnings sell replacement parts? Thanks for any pointers.

Here is the procedure.

1. Turn on the awning using the red power button
2. Press close button to reset sensors (even though awning is already closed)
3. Hit open button.
4. Never turn the red power button off when it is open
5. Hit close - it will function just fine
