My Zipdee power awning

After the year it took me to get my awning working I will say that it is nice BUT if I had a choice (which you don't now) I would of not gotten it. After finding out what the parts cost on it when it will break again I almost fainted.

beetlebob: Mine works and has not totally failed, however, if it does I am taking it off and going "back" to the manual version we have had on three other Airstreams. Never and issue, easy to use and never have to worry about opening or closing.

Called Zip Dee yesterday and they said I'll need to take it to a dealer. He said it sounded like a motor problem. I might go manual as well.
