missing/stolen awning arm

I had the support arm stolen from my 2003 Classic. It was there last month, gone now. Where can I find a replacement arm? It is the door side, back (bedroom end). They took the three screws and the arm.
There are not to many AirStreams around but I have no way of proving that the arm would be mine.I will be marking ALL the parts this weekend.
I live in Eastern Canada.
Thanks in advance

Sorry to read about your lost.
Almost the last place for a thief, population so friendly, not usable other than AS.
Did they at least do it without damage to the trailer, if it fell off on a trip something would be damaged. Minimally the pivot point.

no, it was there last month. They were kind enough not to cause any more damage other then leaving the three holes from the screws open. They could have at least put silicone on the holes to keep rain out. I only got this unit in December. I never even had the awning out.

Ouch! Sorry Mac, I hope insurance could help you out in this situation. It would almost be impossible for them to re-use this on flat-sided RV. Think they took it for recycling?

As Ricky pointed out, go to Zip-Dee's maintenance page, select Curved/Contour hardware. Figure out which parts are missing and give Zip-Dee a call. They have a peerless reputation for customer service!

I need the shorter arm--the one with the hook on the end.

I don't think they took it for the scrap as I ahve two AirStreams parked there and they only took one arm. If it was for the few dollars they would get, they would have taken all 4 inner arms.
I am going to have to call because the awning isn't worh anything just sitting there.

Call ZipDee, I had to replace the center support. It was much less expensive than I expected.

I second Guy99. And the ZipDee folks on the phone are very nice and helpful.

I called Zip-Dee-- very helpful. He advised me that it would be better to order this thru the Canadian dealer-- easier to get parts across the border-- I called Can-Am in London Ont., spoke to April (also very helpful) and ordered the arm.
Still makes my blood boil that someone would steal (borrow w/o permission?) the support arm. Now, I have to pay out $$$$ to replace it.

They are both parked in the back yard of the Apt. complex. Pretty brazen as 10 units have windows looking into that area and there is a very large outside light.
