How do you reseal Zip Dee awnings

My awnings were black from tree sapp when I purchased my AS. To clean them I pressure washed them. I got them clean but the sealant was gone as a result of the pressure washing and now they leak. What can I do to seal them? A friend of mine is active in the boy scouts and said they use Thompsons water seal on their tents. Is this an option?

I've been told that Thompsons is a paraffin based sealer, please ask & post what you find out from Zipdee.

I called the 800 number. A nice lady told me to buy a product made for acrylic fabric found in sporting good stores and hardware stores.
