Wife had awning issues with 2019 Globetrotter automatic awning on solo trip. Called coachnet, tech came out and got her safe to travel, but could not fix. Since then I have been on a mission to understand what I can do to understand troubleshooting and repair. From pickup at dealership, there is a bag is stuff(tools supposedly) that came with it. I have figured out the use of a few, but several not mentioned in manual and still a mystery. I am sure they were not included as ballast. Does anybody know the purpose and use of items in the bag?
Going from memory, there is the emergency plug and wires to retract the awning, a manual thread-in hex tool to use a wrench to retract the awning if the motor is bad, a tool to adjust in and out stops on the awning, and a flex tool to lower the awning arms.

Sir, your memory is awesome. What you describe sounds like what I have. I have found directions in the Zipdee manual to use the Hex and Flex tools. Where can directions to use the Emergency plug and wires or the start/stop tools be found?
