fiamma awning 2016 Airstream - material pulling out of head bar

Fully opened the awning on my recently purchased 2016 Grand Tour. As it reached it’s full extension, the fabric pulled out of the head bar. Emailed Fiamma but no response to date. Any advice and/guidance to reattach (insert) the fabric into the bar. At this time about 8 inches of fabric is “unattached “ beginning at a corner.

Thank you.
