E Z awning
I would venture a guess that the awning was likely manufactured by A & E - - during the era of your coach, A & E, Carefree of Colorado, and Zip Dee would have been three of the more common brands of awnings. I mention A & E because of the "awn" in the model name. My '64 Overlander originally had an A & E Travel Awn 5000, and it seems A & E had the word "awn" somewhere in the model names of their awnings at that time. Another means of identification (not positive as the Carefree of Colorado is quite similar) would be the awning arms - - the A & E arms are rectangular in shape with the lower section being larger with the upper (smaller portion) sliding inside of the lower - - a pair of buttons is found on either side of each arm to allow the arm to be extended/retracted. Another means of identification is the side extension support rod that rises above the awning top when the awning is fully extended - - it produces a very characteristic "arch" above the awning (again, the Carefree of Colorado can be similar in some models).
While I can't be positive, I do believe that you most probably have an A & E product. I found A & E (Dometic) to be quite responsive when I had questions a few years ago about my Travel Awn. You might contact them to see if the E Z Awn is one of their products. If it is an A & E most all parts are still available with the exceptions of the arms themselves. I was told that the arms haven't been available for nearly a decade.
