Awning Troubles

My Zipdee awning needs help! The cloth has separated from the aluminum accordion cover in two areas about a foot long each. How can I reattach it?
Thanks

If you do contact ZipDee as others have suggested, pleased do let us know what is suggested, and how you make out - we never know when we could have the same problem!

I would guess the slate is a little wide in those two spots. The best way to fix it is to mark the spot on the slat, take the fabric off, slide it back in the slat, and use a rubber mallet to gently peck the slat's gap closed a little....The only way to do this is to take the fabric and last slat off the the trailer....I have had my fabric off because I had to get the rotten seams restitched. It was not hard. Zip Dee had the instructions on their website, I believe.
