Question Awning not working

I've got a 2019 Globetrotter that we bought new earlier this year. The awning worked without problem for many trips, and then suddenly, nothing. The controls do not seem to be getting any power. Even the fuse doesn't seem to be getting power. While snooping around for other reasons, I came across what appears to be a control panel underneath the sink (by the back door) that appears to be awning related. Additionally, there is a wire that seems to have become disconnected. Can someone confirm that this is awning related and that the brown wire that is loose should be connected and may be the source of my power issues?

The brown wire that is loose appears that it should be connected into the green plug just next to the white wire.

Thanks for any help. I realize that this issue is covered under warranty, but I'd like to learn as much about this trailer as possible for the future.

The panel is mounted "upside down", so I've rotated the first image.

You are correct the brown wire with black trace is +12V and should be connected. Before you do, confirm it has positive battery voltage on it relative to any metal trailer ground. Then reconnect and it should fly like a kite.

Edit, if you don't have one, you should buy a low cost medium quality multi-meter. One with an inductive loop to read single wire amperage is a plus. Don't spend a lot, $30-60 depending on the features will do it. Consider a battery load tester also that tests for cold cranking amps so you can accurately monitor battery condition. Or if you have wet cells with caps to add water, just get an hydrometer.

Thanks for the help. I reconnected the wire and the panel lit up like a Christmas tree. Awning is back to working like normal now.
