Awning not fully retracting

Our 2018 International awning is not fully retracting. It stops with about 6" to go to the fully closed position. Tried it a couple of times with no sucess. The manual describes how to manually do it but it's for one stuck in the full open position.

Tried powering down and back up that's had no affect either.

Tried to find something on You Tube but no luck there.

Ours did the same thing once and I called them and they said to fully open it and then close it and it should reset the settings. Sound like you may have already done this, so a call to them would be in order. They were vey helpful to me..
