Awning material source

I have a general question about awning replacement. I am in need of replacing mine. I have a Zip Dee and have found enough info out there that Sunbrella is the right cover. Can anyone recommend a good place to order a replacement? I'm sure that many different RV places can order them and most likely at many different prices. Is there anyone that offers discount prices or is that just wishful thinking.

Thanks,
Jonesy

I have shopped high and low. the best place is WWW.outdoorfabrics.com

About 15 dollars a linear yard for stripes.

Thamk's Smiley for that resource. It's a great site.
I can only dream of having a Zip Dee for awhile.Until that day I was thinking that I could simply do the fabric from the channel with a couple of tent poles-hey if it's good enough for Ralph Lauren......
Has anyone out there actually done this, and how do you stow it while towing? Is 4 yards about the right amount to come out.I would want to conform to a Z.D. so as to add the hardware some day.

Yardage

four yards does not go very far.

I think if you buy more than 5 yards, they will pay the shipping.

Dont forget that anytime you have a pattern, you will need extra.

I think that a 16 foot awning will require about 18 yards.

That will give you a 16 x 12 foot awning.

I used 5 yards on a 16 x 3 foot awning

Good luck,
