Awning lights

Tried to turn on the awning lights for the first time on our new International. Nothing. Yes, I had it open all the way. One more little annoying thing that's gone wrong. Any ideas before I call the dealer? AGAIN!

Nope, not the fuse. But thanks for the suggestion.

Well, AWCHIEF, Turns out you were right. It was a problem with the fuse. Except this fuse is not where all of the other fuses are. It is located inside the wall behind the awning light switch. It is a single fuse dedicated to just the awning light. It wasn't burned out, it was simply loose. Another problem solved. I hope that's it for awhile. Thanks again.

I took delivery of a 2016 25FC. Tested the new awing strip LED lights and no go. It turned out not being a fuse or bad LEDs. The problem ended up being the LED dimmer switch that controls awning lights. Apparently there is more to the LED dinner switched than the old ones we are use to. I took delivery of the AS in June but traveled most the summer before returning it to warranty repair in Sept.

Dealer said this was not the first one they have dealt with and given AS took 3 weeks to send a replacement dimmer, there me more of an issue out there that hopefully now resolved.
