A&E Window Awning Parts

My driver side window awning decided to drop down on its own. I took the awning apart and found the plastic pieces that hold the springs in place had broken. I contacted A&E and they weren't able to help me find the required parts. This is on a 1996 Land Yacht and according to the window sticker the awnings were installed new. Anyone know where I might find this part (there are two of them, one foe each spring). There are no older RV dealers in the area that may have some old stock. The parts are about an inch in diameter with three holes on the outside edge that align with the three extrusions of the awning tube. It has a round hole in the center to fit over the shaft the spring is on and has a small hole for the end of the spring to attach to. Any help is appreciated.
