28’ Awning “Wing Span?”

I’m trying to figure out what dimensions I need to use in building a pole barn. I would like to be able to deploy the awnings while in the pole barn for cleaning and airing out. Hope to purchase all optional awnings for a 28’ FC.
Thanks.

At least 35 long, then how far does your awning extend? You probably need at least 25 wide. You are talking about a pretty large barn if its in your back yard.

I was thinking like you in respect to the 35’ length. That would cover the open awnings on the ends. I thought by doubling the trailer width, that would work, but that might not be enough..
I’m blessed to have enough acreage that this project is only restricted by how much I want to pay.
I’ve got a good gravel base that’s sloped. So, I first have to figure what size and then how much money do I have to do this project. I’m thinking a pole barn on a concrete slab. That way, if I want to go fully enclosed down the road, I can add.

We are currently camping with the awning package deployed on all sides of our 2018 27FB which is 1” longer than the 28’. I took my tape measure and measured the following.

The main awning extends 6’ horizontally beyond the center trim band.

The street side and rear awnings extend 2’ beyond the center trim band.

Thanks for measurements. With that in mind, I think I’m going to go with a 18’ wide by 36’ pole barn. I would go slightly larger, but the previous property owner graded and graveled a parking spot with these same measurements. Looks like it is meant to be.
