2015 27FB Flying Cloud
We have a brand new Flying cloud that the Zip Dee power awning would extend out but only tilt towards the front of the trailer. Took it over 2 weeks ago to the dealer here in Houston & still don't have an eta on when getting the AS back.

Is this a typical Zip Dee Awning problem?

Is it typical for repairs to take so long?

There seems to be some issues with the wiring on them, and it can take some time to get the right parts to fix everything.
