Washing and waxing question

We are brand new AS owners. We want to wash and wax our 27 ft this weekend. Looks like regular car wax is ok to use but what type of cloth should be used to apply and can you wax in a circular motion or does everything have to be done with the grain?

Treat the newer ASes just like a car. The Clearcoat is very similar to automotive clearcoat. I apply in a circular motion. "wax on, wax off".

I do like the product by Glare. It is an aircraft "wax". It is actually some sort of polymer product, but it really does bead up for an entire year.

For years we have been using a product called "Walbernize". We apply two coats a couple of times a year. Apply it with a soft cloth, allow it to haze, remove with another soft cloth and them polish lightly with a soft dry cloth. It is simple to use, does not require a high effort level and does a good job. We do not owe our Airstream (or anyone else) more than that.
