If its just a sweetly arm mark try soap and water.

If he has not put a clearcoat over the freshly polished Aluminum, the sweat will eat into it and the mark will be permanent until he polishes it out again. Try just polishing out just the segment where the mark is and the differences from segment to segment might not be as noticeable.

Alcohol on a clean soft rag would be worth trying if the soap and water doesn't quite do it.

Been there...done that. None of those well intentioned suggestions will work. You will have to use a polish again in the area. It wont be bad. NuviteC followed by S will work, S alone probably won't. Truck box did not help me either. Maybe 3M Gravel in a bottle will...but I have not used it on small areas.
Never dull won't.

Wow, if I have ever seem a post showing why a person should not polish, this might be it. Can't imagine what my trailer would look like with hand prints from 11 grandkids all down the side. Maybe a cave painting? (-:

As mentioned earlier, it may be a coating over the polished aluminum that is causing the issue.
I have a 5 year old, believe me, hand prints, jello, pudding, and all kinds of other things wash right off mine with soap and water.

The salt in the sweat is the problem if it is allowed to dry and concentrate on the trailer for a long period. Salt will eat into the polish if the trailer has not been clearcoated or at least has a good acrylic wax to protect it.
