two good cleaning products i have used on my sport 22FB
These are two ext cleaning products that were recommended to me.

So far i am happy with both. I own no stock in the firms nor do i get a kick back. i am just a happy customer


Zoom cleaner for the sides
Rook-tek for the top rubber membrane

Also the zoom works well on the vinyl siding on our home. it removed the mold on the north facing walls

Did not know they were rubbering the roofs now. I have only seen white painted units. I keep it simple and use whatever liquid car/boat soap and liquid wax I have on hand. Been working fine for 6 years. People still ask me if it is a new trailer.
