I'd suggest a slightly different order.
1. Strip the clearcoat
2. Compound with nuvite C. On tough spots use F7, then go back over with C
3. Seal with vullkem and parabond as needed
4. Cyclo with C, then S
5. Wax with NuFinish
Polishing is more of an art than science. You need to experiement and try different techniques and tools and polish grades to be successful.
The main idea is to go slow and use a small amount of polishing compound. Go slower than you think and use less polish then you think.
