sagging liner inside, OUTSIDE CLEANING PRODUCTS

I, ritasmith52@yahoo.com, have found that the previous person that stated buying small self drilling screws with the circles works great to sagging liner. YEP, it looks like stars....I spaced the screws every 12 inches and about 6 inches apart for lines going width ways of ceiling.

now several years later living on gulf coast, rv in storage! I need help resurfacing my outside! Please
any one know whom are-what i can do? My cousin has larger airstream so we all need advise!
