If the scratches are in the paint, yes. If the scratches are in the metal, no.

Clear coat scratches can very very very gently be addressed with a good rubbing compound. If they are through the clearcoat and into the metal, they have now graduated into permanent "beauty marks".

Both can be minimalize by washing and waxing your unit. "New" formula Walbernize or basically any good car wax will do.

Go camping a LOT - get a LOAD of scratches and call it "patina" - which all fine silver develops.
