polishing wheels

Today i tried to polish 1 wheel of our sovereign. But after 3 hours i just couldn't get it any better. What do tou use to get those wheels back in shape. On the pictures it has improved, but there is still a lot of polishing to be done. Any hints?

Use a drill attachment, and good rouge type polish.
