How do you get the side marker lights off?

When I try to unscrew them they just spin but don't come off. It doesnt look like I can pop off the lens to see if there is a screw underneath that keeps them on. Whats the secret?

Not sure how you could spin the light without removing the 2 screws under the lens that holds them on.

The lens pops off and then the screws are removed.

I tried to pop off the lenses but I needed to flare out the aluminum case surrounding the lens a bit before I could get the lens to pop out. Should be able to reinsert the lens and then squeeze the case back to its normal looking position. Turns out that my marker lights are rived in, not screwed. Appreciate the advice.
