Furnace door and hot water access doors

What can be done to maintain these doors? as they are exposed to heat? Should we paint with a High heat Grill paint? or just leave them as is......

#2 the " Classic" logo sign. I want to repaint them , Put a fresh coat of blue on it. A local artist has painted Logo's for me before. Would you drill the rivets out and rerivet it back on when She gets done? or would it be easier for me to have her paint it on the trailer?

Your suggestions

#1 They do not get hot enough to need special paint. I just get a spray paint from Lowe's, tape it off and spray away. Works fine, cheap.

#2 A friend drilled his out so I decided to try painting mine in place. I emery cloth sanded and cleaned them up and then used automotive touch-up paint. Oh, I also taped it off because of the different colors. From 6 inches away you can see that I did the work. From 3 feet away, it looks perfect.
