'Flitz' as a polish?

My mother bought this for some Aluminum stuff that was in pretty bad shape. She said it was amazing and made the Aluminum shine like new, even when it was pitted and oxidized.

Has anyone tried it on their AS?

I did look through the old threads and didn't see anything on it, But then I'm no very good at the search feature. Where is 2air when you need him

OK I am not 2air, but I have used the Flitz metal polish.. IMHO, the polish is good but does not bring the long lasting shine or luster to the aluminum surface. To me it seemed that I did a lot of rubbing without achieving a satisfying shine.
