Exterior Care

I have just joined the forum and just obtained a '67 Globetrotter. The previous owner has had the exterior polished. From storing it outside it has gotten moisture streaks down the sides. I have tried wiping it down with a wet cloth and tried using a detailing product such as made by Meguiars with no luck.

Since the trailer has been polished I assume the clearcoat is gone. Can anyone steer me i the right direction in cleaning and shining the exterior?

Thanks
