can a 92 limited classic be stripped and polished?

I would like to get a clear answer from someone who really knows about this. I keep getting conflicting reports.
I love this forum but it seems to cover vintage airstreams in particular. maybe I should just re-plasticoat it!
any help would be appreciated

Hi Rick. Yes, any Airstream trailer can be polished. For more details see this EXTERIOR FINISH thread.

If the majority of threads on these forums concern vintage units, it may be that the majority of members are vintage owners, or it may just be that AS trailers less than 25 years old don't need as much attention.

i don't know but, i know some one who does.
look in the blue beret and call Kevin or Steve Ruth at p&s in Helen Ohio, they will know, polish and refinishing airstreams is their business.

Eric, according to the post by Inland Andy on the link I supplied, it is a 1997 Legend which has been polished to a mirror finish.
I think this is a "clear" answer to rick's question.
