Rivet Your favorite Airstream specific Tools and Equipment

With all the combined experience of this forum, we all could benefit tremendously from a list of specific Tools and Equipment used in the restoration of the Classic Airstream Trailers and Motor Homes.
I have always struggled to find just the right tool to make precision cuts working on exterior aluminum panels. I finally found the jig saw that does what I expect, mainly due to a roller guide the blade runs on.
Thumbs up to the Bosch jigsaw JS365.
Let's hear about (and see) your favorite tools and/or custom equipment

I build this "thing" to remove and install the axles on my 34'. I am sure professional shops have sophisticated set-ups to keep the axles from "rolling" during RR, but this did the job for me. Since tank cover locations may very in different trailers, some of the dimensions may not work for all trailers.

I modified a knife blade so it would fit a Sawzall so I could cut the Vulkem from between the drain pan and the roof when changing an air conditioner. It turns an ordeal into a job. I'll see if I can remember to snap a photo tomorrow.

Because of things like this wad of wires going through the front of my AS, and through the floor of my AS, I use a Power Probe. This circut tester is for 12 or 24 volt systems. It will check continuity, determine polarity, check voltage, check for a bad or ineffective ground, help trace short circuits, activate or power on things like a fan, motor or a light. You can also insert the probe into a trailer pig tail and check to see if the tail light, brake light, running light, or turn indicator is activated. The probe also has a built in circuit breaker that will trip so as not to burn up if you power it on and there is a direct ground. It also has modes or functions that will allow you to check things like a battery crank test, or trace a loose wire or connection that periodically drops a signal, such as a speaker wire, etc.. A good trouble shooting tool with a lot of functions.
