wire hanging beneath TT next to sewer outlets

When we returned home from a recent short trip, we noticed a wiring harness that was dangling beneath the TT. The trailer is a 2011 FC 20FB, BTW. The wire appears to be connected to the black water outlet pipe. I assume this is part of the tank level check system? (Sorry about the rotated photo. Not sure how to fix that.)

Any way, any suggestions on what adhesive to use to reattach the plastic clip to the underside of the TT?

3M VHB double sided tape would be my first choice. You would need to do a really good job cleaning the surfaces no matter what you use.
