Where to place front jacks.

Our 21' sovereign is ready to hit the highway after a complete interior reno. We did take here on a short 2 nighter camping trip 3 weeks ago which was only 30 min away. and everything worked good, but when some one walks in the trailer the whole thing moves.
The trailer has stabilizer jacks on the rear but nothing on the front, where would one place them since the underbelly is all enclosed and can't see the frame. and how do you attach them and what kind of stabilizers would you use.

You still have too much weight on the springs. Try this.

Set the trailer level with what ever may be necessary under the tires and the tongue jack. Now lower the tongue about 1/2 in. Lower the rear stabilizers and then re-level the trailer with the tongue jack.

This should reduce the effects of the springs.

Reducing jiggle

If your Airstream has tandem axles get a pair of X-Chalks. Goes between the tires and you tension them lightly. Really helps to reduce that jiggle around feeling. Available at the much maligned Camping World and many places online. You can buy them individually or as a set with 2 in a box. Cheaper that way.

I agree with Howie E. Just be very careful not to overdue it. The stabilizer jacks at the four corners are not made to take a whole bunch of weight. There just to be used to stabilize, not to be used to level. Happy travels.

Ok to answer your question (and yes, you can use stabilizers on all four corners) it's pretty simple. Get a soft mallet. Measure either how far inboard or how far out from the center line are the frame attachments for your rear stabilizers. Go up front and from the endcap line run a parallel line along the belly pan with grease pencil the same distance in on either side that you just measured.

Gently tap along this line with your mallet and should should be able to find that this is the frame. Tap to find how wide the frame is there so you know where to put the screws or bolts. (Do you want to pull belly pan sheets? Then use bolts, but read the jack manufacturer's instructions). I would come back maybe 6 inches or a foot from the endcap and put the jacks there.

I like the BAL "C" jacks over the scissor jacks and I've had both.
